Are your product organic?
Indeed, the products of HMN Skincare contain organic ingredients. HMN assert that the natural ingredients in their goods were grown without the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or other dangerous chemicals.
Compared to conventionally farmed components, using organic ingredients in skincare products may offer more nutrients and skin-benefitting properties. Organic ingredients are also safer for the environment and human health.
The ingredient list and any certifications should always be checked to make sure a product satisfies your own standards for organic skincare, despite the fact that HMN Skincare says its products are organic.
Where are the products made?
All products are produced and bottled in Southern Italy. By producing in Italy, we have access to the highest grade of ingredients while leveraging the most sophisticated formulating technologies in the industry. The manufacturing of our products takes place in laboratories that adhere to the highest possible hygienic standards. What is the expiry date of the products?
After your first time opening the product, it’s usable for 12 months.
What skin types can use our products?
Our products are suitable for all skin types. Each product contains ingredients that every body needs to remain healthy.
My skin is very sensitive. Can I use your products?
Yes, the HMN products are for all skin types. Just use a dime size; it’s enough to experience results.
In which order should I apply my products?
Start with the HMN Cleanser to rinse your face. This product is specially developed to prepare and clean the skin. The next step is to moisturize your face with the HMN booster. Before you leave the house, use the HMN Daycream SPF30. In all weather conditions.
What is an SPF30 sun protection filter?
The SPF number indicates how long the sun’s UV rays would take to produce a slight redness on your skin when you’re using the product, as displayed on the package, compared to how long it would take if you didn’t use the product. In other words, with SPF 30, it would take 30 times longer to get red than if you didn’t use SPF at all. Remember to reapply during the day (every 2-3 hours).
Do you accept all payment methods?
We accept payment through all major credit cards, IDEAL, Apple Pay and Klarna Now. You can also buy now and pay in 30 days with Klarna Pay Later. The details of your order are processed through secure computers and your credit card details are always encrypted.
What is your delivery time?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days. International orders are usually delivered within 2-4 days. As soon as your order is ready for shipping you will receive a track & trace code which allows you to keep track of delivery. Delivery schedules are based on estimations. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.
Can I modify my order?

I placed an order but never received a confirmation?
We are sorry about that. Did you look into your spam box? If yes, and no mail is received, don’t hesitate to get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org. We will validate your e-mail address and re-send your order confirmation.
Where does HMN Skincare ship?
We ship to almost every European country. In the Netherlands, all orders placed before 22:00 hours on business days will be delivered the next day.
For shipments to Belgium and Germany, we can dispatch your order within 1-3 days. For shipments to other European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) your order will be dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.
How much is shipping?
Our deliveries are free, always.
How will you ship my order?
Generally, we ship your order in small boxes measuring 150 x 100 x 60 millimetres when you order one or two products. Orders containing more than three products such as the HMN Essential kit will be shopped in a box measuring 260 x 190 x 100 millimetres.
Just a heads-up: it won’t fit in your letterbox. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking code via email to track the delivery.
What is your free, no questions asked return policy?
We’re sure you’ll like the quality of our products and see results after a while of use, but if things don’t work out, just send it back- no questions asked. In addition, you are covered by a two-year guarantee for faulty goods. It does not apply to normal wear and tear.
Here’s how to request your return:
Contact email@example.com before returning your purchase so that we can begin processing your return and send you your return label at no cost to you.
Once you receive your return label, safely pack your product and drop off your package at any local post office. We advise you to hold onto the proof of shipment until you have been notified via email that we have processed your return. Without this proof of shipment, we may be unable to refund your product. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will refund the total amount of your purchase within seven (7) working days.

Something seems to be wrong with my product.
If you have received a damaged order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged goods so that we can adequately assess the situation and provide you with the best solution.
What is your return policy?
Please contact us if you would like to initiate a hassle-free return and a full refund. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks from the date of purchase and items must be presented in mint, unused condition. Do we test products on animals?
We never test our product on animals. This is illegal in the EU, where we formulate our products. Therefore, our products are cruelty-free, as they should be.
Are the products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.
Are your products and packaging sustainable?
At HMN, we believe that launching a business today comes with a responsibility to do right for planet Earth. We produce locally in the Southern part of Italy and collaborate with sustainable suppliers. Additionally, we use recyclable plastic. We always strive to minimize our footprint whenever possible.
